3. A Cappella Club
Meeting Wednesday at 3:00 in the choir room (07)

4. “See you at the pole”
Wednesday morning at the flagpole to pray for our country and school

5. Ruriteen
Ruriteen is still looking for volunteers to help with Nightmare in Nashport. Volunteer sign ups and information can be found in Ms. Verhoff’s room (N-4)

6. Attention Seniors
Seniors are encouraged to apply for the Wendy’s High School Heisman Scholarship deadline to apply is Oct. 3

7. Nightmare in Nashport
Nightmare in Nashport needs volunteers to help run the trail on every weekend in October. Come find out more info and sign up in Ms. Verhoff’s room (N-4).

8. Yearbooks
The yearbooks are now being distributed in the office.
To purchase a yearbook the cost is $55, and the personalization will be an extra charge. Please see Mr. Blair for an order form.

9. Candle Sale
The choir Yankee Candle Sale has begun. See a choir member if you would like to get a head start on your holiday shopping and purchase some candles. 40% of the profits directly benefit the choir program. Thank you for your support.

10. Community youth foundation
The community youth foundation is now accepting new members. Any freshman or sophomore is welcome to apply. The deadline is Friday, September 23rd. Talk to Emma Palko or go to mccf.org for more information.

11. Fellowship of Christian Students
There will be a meeting in Mrs. Gasparines room (D-2) every Thursday from 2:30- 3:30. Everyone is welcome to come any Thursday.

12. Juniors and Seniors
For any undecided Junior or Senior about their college choice there will be a trip to the Zane State and OUZ campus, other college representatives will be there and will be on October 14th and will be during 3rd and 5th period, limited spots available. If interested go to Student Services and sign up by September 23rd.

13. Christmas Carol
Congratulations to the cast of A seussified Christmas Carol. The cast list is posted outside room T-10. There will be a parent-cast meeting in the cafetorium next Tuesday September 27th at 4:30. Everyone needs to be there.

14. Tri-Valley Voice
The Tri-Valley voice is holding a scary story contest for the October edition of the newspaper, submit stories to Mrs. Hoover in room T10 by October 5th. The winning story will be published in the paper.
