COURSES -material provided for ITA263 and ITA335 -same textbook for ITA COURSES (7 credits) Mon – Fri -> American University in Rome (schedule subject to change as needed) -free Wi-Fi + computer & projector 1. ITA 263 (3 cr.)- Studies in Italian Culture: Rome yesterday and today (conducted in English). Fulfills 3 cr. for Humanities, UKCore-Inquiry in Humanities, elective for the Minor in Italian Studies. Required for the FLIE Major-ITA. 2. ITA335 (3 cr.)- Topics in Italian Cinema: Cinematic Representations of Rome (conducted in English). Fulfills 3 cr. for Humanities, UKCore-Global Dynamics, elective for the Minor in Italian Studies. Required for the FLIE Major-ITA. 3. EAP 599: Study Abroad (1 cr.) 2 Computer labs available with free internet. Same textbooks as here. ITA101 starts with new textbook.

ITINERARY - daily visits in Rome + over-night trip to Florence + 1-day trip to Tivoli

Housing -Students will live in student apartments (mostly three-bedrooms with two beds per room) available in Monteverde Vecchio and Trastevere -Housing will be within walking distance from the classrooms (AUR). Meals -3 group dinners are included -breakfast in Florence provided
