4 P.M. means “after midday” which is anything at 12:00p.m. to 11:59p.m.
A.M. means Ante Meridiem P.M. means Post Meridiem A.M. MEANS “BEFORE MIDDAY” WHICH IS ANYTHING BEFORE NOON 12:00A.M. TO 11:59A.M. P.M. means “after midday” which is anything at 12:00p.m. to 11:59p.m.
