A person to a well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group, or political opinion, is outside the country of his nationality, and is unable to or, owing to such fear, is unwilling to avail himself of the protection.

2. If the refugees know that they have a chance of dying when they leave their country, why do they do it?
They know they might die but that’s there only chance of getting out and dying on a boat or something.

They just had to try and forget about all the bad memories and move on to the good ones.

They had to go through rough conditions specially getting to another country.

It would fell very upsetting and fell like you have lost everything you have ever loved.

They feel very lonely and feel like they don’t fit in with anyone, they also miss there home country and want to go back but they cant.
