It’s Finally Here!

2 What is Healthy Program Reporting?
Replacement of Program Review The responsibility of everyone in the Learning Unit Weighted model of Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) and Quality Data metrics to evaluate the overall “health” of your program

3 How is it different from the old Program Review?
Online Training Module Program Data Form for Planning and Research so data accuracy is improved Weighted Student Learning Outcomes Weighted Quality Data Metrics to allow for program uniqueness, autonomy and flexibility Formal review and approval process from the program to the VP of Learning’s office

5 Program Training Enter Healthy Programs in the Keyword field and click on Search Click on the folder for Employee online Learning to Launch the module

6 Less than 30 minutes Available 24/7 Audio transcript available if you have a difficult time understanding her

7 Form for Planning and Research
Healthy Program Reporting link or Program Data Form Specific to each program Only done at the beginning of year 1 for each cycle Opportunity to request additional support such as Graduate or Employer survey support SWOT Analysis Opportunity to work with Planning and Research to discuss you specific program requirements such as start and end dates, high enrollment courses, graduation terms, etc.

11 Healthy Program Reporting Form
Located in SharePoint (Learning/Program Assessments…) Top part has not changed except adding a point person. SLOs have not changed except to add a weighted calculation Need to verify the number of SLO and update if necessary Critical Core placeholder for the 2018/2019 academic year. Quality Metrics Section is new and replacing the old graphics Use the drop down to complete all “scale” answers if possible Select 3 in each area (student, college, community). Do not have to select highest 3 Will end up with a final weighted score

15 Attachments such as grant letters, scholarship letters, P&R data workbook, Advisory Board minutes, job acceptance s from students, certification pass rate reports or student s, etc.

16 Completed in Year 1 which is this year
Status: New is initial, Pending when Point Person is working on compiling data and Department is reviewing, Submitted will send an to the PC to review and approve, then to Division Director for review and approve, then to Associate Dean and or Dean, then to VP of Learning.

17 Quality Review Committee
Cross Functional group who will review the first year data Goal of group is to review the data for improvements to the process and model and to identify benchmarks and best practices to share with others This will not be a static process or document. We want to continually improve and enhance this process Fall 2018 we anticipate adding in the Critical Core component which may be similar to the SLOs.
