2. 2017 Webelos Draft Program
Have a current list of Webelos Scouts Eligible This Month for Boy Scouts
List will be broken out by Town/City
Draft Order
Starts with the Troop with smallest number of Scouts and continue through the largest Troop
Troop has the option to either select the rights to those Webelos II from the provided list or pass on the draft
Troop Responsibilities
Select name and phone number of Webelos II Scouts not already affiliated with a Troop
Unit holds the right to first contact those Scouts for 7 days
Contact Membership Chair to report back on Success/Feedback received within those 7 days
After the first week, the Webelos II Scouts on the list can be contacted by any other Troop
Prior to calling anyone on the list, please contact Membership Chair to confirm if those Webelos II Scouts remain on the list
