15 App Reliability summary: Is my app healthy?
See % of devices with an app crash or hang (of devices that used it), and compare to “commercial avg” (typical rate outside your org for similar config) Trends: What’s changing? Trend lines show when incident rates changed, which IT can connect to environment changes App & OS Versions: What’s the “least crashy” version of my app for a given OS? Shows crash rate by app/OS version combination. Incident history: Let’s get diagnostic! One row per day/device where the app had at least one crash or hang. Includes versions and a Microsoft calculated diagnostic signature– consistent with Dev Center for ISVs-- which can accelerate both IT troubleshooting and ISV support Type=DHAppReliability AppName=“Contoso Sales” APP RELIABILITY Metrics reflect unique devices over 14 day trailing period, except where noted otherwise [learn more about app reliability] NAME PUBLISHER USED WITH INCIDENTS % WITH INCIDENTS % WITH INCIDENTS (COMMERCIAL AVG) Contoso Sales Contoso 5000 515 10 2 # DEVICES WITH INCIDENTS % USED DEVICES WITH INCIDENTS Computer OSVersion OSRevision AppVersion ProcessName % INCIDENT FREE - TRENDING APP AND OS VERSIONS Most used combinations shown.
