The object and purpose of the contract
1. The object of this contract is adjusting the position of the reciever and his or her partners, their roles and responsibilities, as well as adjusting their mutual rights and duties while fulfilling the purpose of this contract.
2. The purpose of this contract is securing and realisation of a project named „Comparsion of Barrier Nursing in Medical Facilities in Slovenia, Turkey and Czech Republic“ (hereinafter „the project“) within the Erasmus+ programme. Key action 2: Strategical partnerships, number of the project / contract: CZ01-KA date of launching the realisation of this project: 1st October 2016 date of terminating the realisation of this project: 28th February 2018
