3 PRIMING Helps get you into a great state via your TRIAD
Brings oxygenation to your brain which releases endorphines Helps engage feelings of gratitude which also releases endorphines Helps you connect with your inner self Helps you focus on goals for your day HOW TO PRIME: Inhale 4 breaths in a row in a farily quick fashion through your nose. Immediately exhale 4 breaths in a row in the same tempo through mouth. Repeat 30 times and then breath normally. Do this 3 times. Ie. 3 sets of 30. In each do : first set think of 3 things you’re grateful for, second set, find your inner presence, and last focus on 3 things you want to accomplish today.

4 RECap What are types of identities?
Why is it important to choose your identity? How do you most easily embody that identity? (what exercises can we do?) Homework – Review and talk about learnings.

6 What if… What if we started to question those beliefs, values and rituals? What if we started living a truly extraordinary life based on more empowering beliefs, values and rituals? Today, let’s raise our standards!

7 PyRAMID of mastery

8 Exercise Create a circle on a piece of paper.
Make a dot in the center and span out 8 lines to create 7 slices of a pie. Write these 7 areas in for each piece on the outside of the circle. Physical body, emotions & meaning, relationships, time, work/career/mission, finances, celebrate & contribute spiritual sense Now divide each line inside the circle by 10. Fill in each piece with where you are from 1-10 in terms of happiness and success in this areas of your life. Where are you in this wheel? IF this was the wheel of life in your car, how smooth or bumpy would the ride be?

9 Crushing the limiting beliefs
Pick 3 of these areas. What are 3 limiting beliefs you have in X, Y and Z? What negative consequences have you already experienced as a result of this belief? What negative consequences has it caused in you already?

10 Success without fulfillment is failure.
Change expectation to appreciation.

11 BE OUTSTANDING! Take each limiting belief and cross it off.
Rewrite it as an empowering belief. Example: Limiting belief: Relationships are hard and don’t last. Empowering belief: I’m really good at connection with people and it’s a matter of time before I find a partner I can truly connect easily and for a long time.

12 Master it! Model someone who’s already achieved what you want. Someone experiences it in an outstanding way. Learn by total immersion. Sign up for a class, workshop, retreat, whatever it takes to immerse yourself in the process. Spaced repetition. We’re doing this a lot in this class.

13 Homework Write the limiting beliefs you have about each of the top 3 areas you decided to work on. Write the new empowering beliefs you have about each. What identity & characteristics do you want to experience more of to improve in this area
