The "Right People" Come to You: Update your services so more of the people you serve (and less of those you cannot help) come to you based on your criteria and services Give Dignity By Giving a Response: Update your contact information and assure a person in need gets the dignity of a response to their request for help Referrals: Track and manage referrals made to your programs Team Management: Give multiple users on your team permission to edit your programs and see reports. Reports: See reporting and analytics of your program (and consider using this to show demand and gain more funding to do your work) Badge: Get a badge on your program card to tell the world you've claimed your program Define Eligibility: Update the eligibility requirements for your program Appointment Scheduler (coming soon): Allow people to schedule appointments with your program directly through Aunt Bertha Specifically, we’ll be going through the processes of claiming your programs, updating details so your program information is always 100% accurate, defining the eligibility of your programs, and managing referrals.

Claim Your Programs Go to:

6 Claim Your Programs: Step 1
Enter the name of your organization or program, click SEARCH.

7 Claim Your Programs: Step 2a
Select one of the programs you’d like to claim by clicking the CLAIM button to the right. Have multiple programs to claim? You can do that in the next step.

8 Claim Your Programs: Step 2b
Select any additional programs you’d like to claim by checking the box to the left, then clicking CLAIM PROGRAMS.

9 Claim Your Programs: Step 3
Create an account by entering your name, work- related , and password. NOTE: If you already have an account, use your existing password here.

Click COMPLETE YOUR CLAIM

Check your ! You’ll see a confirmation that your program has been claimed. Click the link in that message to activate your claim.

13 Manage Program Hours and Locations: Step 1
Go to MY PROGRAM LISTINGS under the Settings Tab. Hint: Make sure you are logged into your account.

14 Manage Program Hours and Locations: Step 2
Select the program you’d like to edit and click MANAGE HOURS/LOCATIONS (to edit or delete office locations).

To edit an existing office location: Click EDIT on the right of any active location listing. You can update location name, address, service hours, and office details like supported languages, phone number, and website. If the location is temporary or seasonal, you can enter a deactivation date.

To add new location, click ADD NEW LOCATION. Then follow the instructions in Step 3.

18 Edit Program Details: Step 1
Go to MY PROGRAM LISTINGS under the Settings Tab. Hint: Make sure you are logged into your account.

Select the program you’d like to edit under MY PROGRAM LISTINGS and click REVIEW LISTING (to edit your program’s information)

Fields you can edit include: Program name Program Description What services does your program provide? Who do your program serve? What languages does your program support? Is your program currently available to new clients? The best way to contact your program The best way for those in need to digitally reach out to your program

21 Adding an Eligibility Rule
At the bottom of the program edit page, click ADD AN ELIGIBILITY RULE to indicate your program's eligibility requirements.

22 Saving Your Program Edits
Click SAVE AND GO BACK. The changes will reflect within one (1) business day.

23 Managing Referrals: Step 1
Click the REFERRALS tab and select INBOUND REFERRALS Hint: Make sure you are logged into your account.

Choose which program’s referrals you’d like to view.

Review referrals by clicking the REVIEW button on the right.

Once processed, update the status of the referral. The options are: Got Help Not Yet Couldn’t Get Help Unknown

27 Accessing Program Analytics: Step 1
Click the ANALYTICS tab, click VIEW REPORT on the right of the CLAIMED PROGRAM DASHBOARD Hint: Make sure you are logged into your account.

28 Accessing Program Analytics: Step 2
Use the FILTERS in the top left corner to change which program, date range, and aggregation you’d like to view. Click APPLY.

30 Add a widget to your organization’s website
A widget is direct link to Aunt Bertha that you can include on your agency's website for free. Go to: about.auntbertha.com/widget to sign up!

31 Share promotional information at your office & events

32 Promote on social media
Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and beyond... SAMPLE POST: Introducing, [Customer]’s brand new website, [Platform Name].
