If you don’t have one, perhaps someone will pair with you.
You will need VS2010, Azure SDK, and the AppFabric SDK.
You will need the Azure Platform Training Kit.
We have these on thumb sticks if you need them. Please install during the first module.

10. Azure Accounts
Non-Microsoft boot camps will receive Azure accounts a few days before their event.
Microsoft run boot camps, the users should have received an to get an Azure Pass. You will receive a few Azure tokens in case people didn’t get a pass.
We have worked directly with the Azure Product Group at Microsoft to provide a 30 day Azure token for everyone in the class.
This token will cover everything you need during class. After class you can use your MSDN subscription to get free time on Azure.
A list of token id’s will be passed out.
