General Information
Microsoft Word Forms feature allows the user to create multiple choice, free response, and check box answer fields to be used by multiple people.
Forms can be uploaded to the internet or used within an intranet (such as a school).
To create a form, click on the forms toolbar (pictured on the right). Select the type you wish to create and input your information.
