Rumors emerge and are repeated to attempt to fill the knowledge gap. The lack of information often sparks suspicion that bad things are being withheld. Even in good times a common complaint of employees is not knowing what is happening!

Frequent updates for all employees: revenues, financial data, organizational changes, strategies and plans. Share data about competitors, customers, legislation, economic trends. Provide financial planning assistance.
