2 Cost IDIQ Contracts: Walla Walla District (NWW) – Contracting Office maintains five national/international Architect-Engineer (A-E) Cost Engineering contracts that cover a wide range of capabilities, INCLUDING CAPACITY TRANSFER to YOUR DISTRICTS: – BASE YEAR + 4 OPTION YEARS USACE Cost Engineering IDIQ Contracts

3 contracts cover: CONUS and OCONUS
Military; Civil Works; and Hazardous, Toxic, and Radioactive Waste (HTRW) Support for Others (SFO), including other Federal agencies, such as Department of Energy, U.S. National Nuclear Safety Administration, Veteran’s Administration, Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, General Services Administration, etc. (Agency agreements must be in place.) 6 How it works: Cost MCX reviews your work scope to:
Confirm that your task order statement of work (SOW) is within scope of the base contract. (Contracting Office confirms cost engineering SOW for approval & capacity transfer). Confirm sufficient capacity (time & money) is available. Guide best A-E Contractor fit for your specific scope of work. USACE Cost Engineering IDIQ Contracts

7 How it works (Continued):
Request Capacity: Requesting District sends NWW Contracting copy of SOW. request must originate from Requesting District’s Contracting Office. NWW Contracting performs a detailed review of the SOW. When SOW is accepted and capacity is available, NWW will issue Requesting District a Transfer of Contract Capacity Agreement (TCCA) to review/sign. Once TCCA is executed by both Districts, requesting District can issue Request for Proposal (RFP) and award/administer task order. Send copies of task order documents and modifications to NWW.
