SIGFOX: a closed global operator, growing coverage, very low data rate
LORAWAN: adopted by existing operators, wide coverage, flexible data rate
NB-IOT: cellular protocol, WW coverage when deployed, high data rate, does not handle handover
BLE is a good option for a transporter travelling all the time with the parcel. Unless, LORA is today a good choice.
