WINGS SCHOOL Programme by : HADASSAH WELFARE ASSOCIATION. TAEK-WON-DO PROGRAMME Helps in maintaining physical and mental fitness Self defence Alertness Career prospects. Develops and maintains self –confidence and independence.

2 HADASSAH WELFARE ASSOCIATION
This school has ~130 girl students the strength has fallen from 150 from last 2 years due to Andhra and Telangana split. All these students come from the 13 surrounding villages. This whole project is currently under KAP - Kiran Anjali Project support. Before Kiran Anjali, Linda & David were supporting the Project. School Building rent stands at 25000/- Per Month and they have also taken up empty land (Play Ground) in front of the school for which the school pays 10000/- Per Month.

3 Admission Process:  Admission happens only in lower section of the school i.e class 1 and 2. This is since 3 years from now. The kids in elder classes are only promoted. The school now has students up till 10th standard.  School is affiliated with Board of Secondary Education SSC. For primary class they go with CBSC syllabus (1-5 Standards). Mostly holyfaith books are followed.  Children are not provided with any residential opportunity. Few important documents are need to be submitted during the time of admission. In case of not providing them, admission would be rejected. Children are interviewed for basic IQ and understanding. Important documents taken during admission process are as follows  Birth certificate - Must and should (No admission without this) Electricity Bill Elector card Residence proof. Parents need not pay any money during this whole process.

4 Post Admission: 2 Pairs of dress are given to the kids
12 ITC classmate note books are given. And more on request. Pens, pensiles, book covers and other stationary. Shoes and socks are given. Every month a cobbler visit the school to repair if any and polish the shoes. The children are not provided by any sort of transportation to school. Children come by themselves using public transportation.

7 The students are made to participate in events such as dance, public speaking, drama, etc in order for personality development and relaxation

18 New Computer Lab Requirements:
This year requested budget INR 7,00,000 ( Seven lakhs) funds will be used for Computer lab: Computers- 15 UPS ( Alternative Power supply ) Chairs - 30 Room Teacher Printer ( may be at a later stage) Some software storage devices. This year Golf tournament raised funds $13,150 without matching, per commitment we request to disburse 50% of the funds including matching.
