IHE World Summit Mission Strategy to fulfill the mission Event scope
A spot to "meet" and "feel" IHE Bring people together and create communication Within IHE community (let participants feel as "IHE Family“) Between IHE community and others Demonstrate the "excellence" of IHE and raise the image and reputation Strategy to fulfill the mission Provide a high-class program, venue and atmosphere … … to attract high-class speakers, IHE champions and audience Event scope Global (topics, speakers and audience) At eHealthWeek with larger focus on Europe Event concept Target audience: Decision-makers and strategic oriented persons First class keynotes Main part: Panel sessions to different topics with participation of the audience First held in Istanbul, 2013

Location: Beurs van Berlage, Amsterdam, The Netherlands Addon: GDC F2F meeting on 6 June 2016 (in discussion) e-HealthWeek 8-10 June 2016 (same location) Registration available for „World Summit only“ or Combination-ticket Price level for WS: 300 € (early bird, excluding social event)

Main organization taken over by HIMSS Europe (also organizing e-HealthWeek) MuO with IHE International signed Financial risk (and benefit) taken by HIMSS Budget assures IHE being cost neutral Marketing and communication Material will be created by HIMSS (logos, graphics provided) Communication under main responsible of HIMSS, but IHE will also use it‘s channels Material already available: Sponsoring concept and flyer World Summit announcement on website (prominent!) World Summit website will be embedded in e-HealthWeek website Online at Friday Nov 20, 2015 (planned)

Call to action (soon) IHE International and GDC National initiatives
Use all communication channels for announcing National initiatives Do local marketing and announcing (very important!) Support formation of „country delegations“ by providing assistance in registering, e.g. „We recommend that we all stay in hotel …“ „We recommend that we all take the flight …“ Development committees Do marketing and announcing in the committee Everyone Inform and announce in the own network GDC informs you when you can start!
