2. Draft-02 Updates Changed all references to L2C within text to ANCP.
Removed references to expired GSMP drafts. Only base GSMPv3 RFC 3292 is referenced. Explicitly included the following in ANCP draft:
Section on “Extension Block” for ANCP messages.
Section on “Bulk Transaction Messages”
Several ANCP Messages can be bundled in a single “Bulk Transaction” Message.
Added new capability type for “Bulk Transaction” capability.
This capability is negotiated during adjacency synchronization and follows standard ANCP capability negotiation rules.

3. Draft-02 Updates Fixed TLV colision introduced in ver 01.
Access-Aggregation-Circuit-ID-Binary renumbered to 0x06 as originally intended.
Added text to clarify that ACI (“Agent Circuit ID”) format in ANCP should be identical to the ACI format defined in DSLF TR-101.
Updated references to include “ANCP framework” draft.
We would like to request that the draft be made a WG document.
