Complaint:
UPC is not a national court but replaces jurisdiction of national courts and deals with EU law. This is contrary to EU Treaty.
Language regime is contrary art and art of Charter of Fundamental rights.
Court has no competence with respect to EPO’s decision not to grant. Board of Appeal is not independent judicial body.
