2 Who is Alan Turing? Bio Education Research Work (Computable numbers)
Central Limit Theory Universal Machine

3 What is the Turing Test? Turing in 1951 proposed a paper which was to test whether a candidate was machine or human. The aim of the test to try and convince the interrogator that it is human. It does this by being asked a series of questions from the interrogator. This is done through a series on inputs and outputs on a terminal. It has been suggested that it is chauvinistic because it only recognises intelligence if it is able to sustain a conversation. Turing predicted that by the year 2000 a computer would have a 70% chance of passing the test , no computer has come close to this.

4 What is the Turing Test? The point of the test is not to pass the test but how the test is passed. It is easy to beat the test as if you have enough data to answer questions but its how you beat the test which is important. The aim is to keep creating better algorithms to pass the test. The anti-behaviourist test is an argument which was proposed in 1956 which basically says a machine can designed to pass the test without possessing intelligence so the test is not logically sufficient.

5 Turing Test in Practice
Clever bot -  in 2011 - convinced 59% judges. Eguene Gootsman - 13 year old boy ( Ukrainian) - convinced 30% judges - in 2014

6 The future of Turing Test
Turing’s Test was the stepping stone to finding out if a machine is intelligent Artificial Intelligence will see new types of machines being invented and with interaction with humans; they are likely to change the world. Some of this involves things like robot soldiers fighting instead of humans at battlefront. Machines over humans
