DESCRIPTION Made of multi-layered polyethylene (PE) plus a proprietary barrier layer. Closing mechanism is through the use of two-track ziplock. The TSL Indoor can be used for storing dry agricultural commodities indoor (only). The TSL Indoor is a gastight material, translocation of moisture from the commodity into the container atmosphere is prevented. Combined effect of weather and insect activity will be minimized and totally eliminate the handling losses. Protects the commodities from condensation, infestation and moisture ingress. Efficient gas barrier for O2 and CO2. Enables the separation of the commodity’s atmosphere from the container atmosphere or external contaminants or odors.

FEATURE It is made of recyclable/reusable plastic and can be reused as long as the material remains undamaged. It can be easily installed using support frame (optional) or fabricated support structure (front and back) to hold the TSL Indoor. It is easy to repair if punctured.

1 2 3 PROCEDURES SUPPORT FRAME (OPTIONAL):
Assemble the support frame or fabricate any support structure (front and back) to hold the TSL Indoor according to dimension. 2 INSTALLATION: Install the TSL Indoor liner to the assembled support frame . 3 Place another layer of mat or cardboard inside the TSL Indoor to protect the liner while loading.

4 5 6 LOADING: Load the cargo manually or by means of forklift.
SEALING: Untie TSL Indoor from the support frame. 6 Close the TSL Indoor zip lock using the zipper slider.

7 Manually zip a few centimeters enough to initially engage the combo slider. 8 Preferably, two persons are required for ease zipping. One will do the zipping and the other will hold the other end steady making both sections of the zipper straight line to avoid zipper length difference. 9 Moving the slider while the zipper or slider is curved will force one of the zipper sections to elongate. Close the TSL zip lock using the zipper slider.

10 11 Secure the excess material smoothly to the front of the load.
PRESSURE DECAY TEST: Perform a pressure decay test (PDT). Check if the container meets the standard set for “gas tightness”.

12 13 14 CO2 FLUSHING (OPTIONAL):
Open the zip lock of the outlet port to relieve excess pressure and to release air from the TSL-GHF. 13 Remove the Red Inlet cap of TSL-GHF and connect the pressure kit cap. 14 Position the CO2 cylinder horizontally on a weighing scale and take the weight of the CO2 cylinder.

15 Connect the pressure hose from the CO2 cylinder to Inlet cap using quick release connector before opening the ball valve, then the cylinder valve to start flushing. 16 CO2 needed for purging is based on the free space (total volume minus volume occupied by the commodity) and the internal voids.
