Even if ATR supported by W&I, need to fit within national or regional allocation RSE Unit takes into account regional recommendations from all regions Joint ATRs assist with national numbers not regional numbers

Where to Submit your ATR
Timeframes Submission Dates If you have multiple time periods and first worker arrivals in October/November, submit your ATR no earlier than 7 June 2017 and 7 July 2017. If first worker arrivals in January/Feb, please submit your application no earlier than 18 August 2017 and no later than 8 September 2017. If first worker arrivals in March/ April, please submit your application no earlier than 25 September 2017 and no later than 27 October 2017 If first worker arrivals in May, please submit your application no earlier than 30 November 2017 and no later than 5 January 2018. Joint ATRs need to be submitted together – arrival date of first employer. Submit one ATR for same numbers as 16/17 – new ATR for increase Where to Submit your ATR Immigration New Zealand RSE Team PO BOX 27 – 149 Wellington

Top 5 LV problems Applications not submitted on time
LV applications should be submitted at least 5 working days before travel Incomplete applications Complete all sections – workers need to sign and date application forms X-ray certificate missing X-ray certificates less than 3 months old are required Employment agreement missing IEA required – any deductions need to be signed by both employer and employee Health insurance missing Evidence of workers’ health insurance required with visa application
