The Projection Mapping Pinball Cabinet combines many different elements of IMM

3. Why:Values, Interests, and Aspirations
This project can help with future careers, and it is exciting.
It will create a new UX/UI experience for users.
The Pinball machine with projection mapping is a blend of many different focuses, and a great opportunity to learn new technology. Also it can spark new creativity, and inspiration.

4. Better than Ever Before
Pinball cabinets are very scarce
This could create a bridge of physical and virtual into one idea
It is a way to breath new life into something that already exists.
The Pinball cabinet combined with projection mapping increases the level of immersion out in the world today.

5. Technically and Aesthetically
The technology for the mapping will use a projector, and the pinball cabinet will be built of out various materials that utilizes types of Digital Fabrication.
The cabinet uses machines such as CNC milling and laser cutting, as well as physical computing for the obstacles and bumpers inside the cabinet.

6. Prototypes –Pinball Cabinet
Cardboard Prototype-A cardboard version of what the final version could look like.
Small Scale Field Prototype-A prototype that only looks at the physical side of the pinball cabinet.

7. The Users
The majority of the users are IMM students and faculty while the end users will be people who are immersed in vintage pinball culture.
Companies like Stern Pinball can also look at this as well since it pinball technology is so scarce and limited in this age.
