They often seek non-conventional power (ex: win position in their followers hearts)
Judge themselves on a strict scale
They are often open to changes

3. Dangers of Charismatic Leaders:
These leaders can take their charisma for granted and rely on it to much.
The organization can start to rely on their leader too much. When the focus changes from the group to one great person accountability disappears.
Leaders can become to self confident and start to misuse their power.

4. Outcomes of Charismatic Leaders:
Followers give extra output and effort (they are truly inspired and believe in their leader)
Creates a sense of fulfillment in followers (followers want to make leader proud)
Overall moral is heightened because everyone believes in their leader.
Increases overall performance (they are motivated)
