It is also my duty to instill values so that they become good and noble citizens of India. Objectives:- The main objective is to develop in students the skills of speaking & writing in an integrated manner so that they can use language effectively and naturally in different situations and could find a better job opportunity which requires language skills

Innovative Technique of Teaching Learning Used Innovative Techniques of Teaching and Learning. Use of Interactive Smart Board with Projector. Use of CD materials and e-contents through access to e-library network of ‘Inflibnet’ and to provide students with the first hand experience of digital learning techniques through various e-learning modes and means. Engaging students in thought provoking ‘Group Discussions’. We encourage learners to listen to different accents and real English outside the classroom as well. We also conduct Motivational and Doubt Clearing Classes arranged for the Students. We conduct time to time unit Tests and Internal evaluation to asses student progression .

SWOC ANALYSIS Strength:- Good Number of Students. Weakness:- Shortage of Teaching Faculty Opportunity:- To motivate the students towards better communicative skills. Challenges:- Students having poor knowledge of English language are coming to the College & the challenge is to enrich them with qualitative education .
