SOURCE Encyclopedia of Exploration = Reference source = yellow notecard CLUE = the word Encyclopedia in the title! TIP Try “googling” the title and publication info if you are unsure what type of source it is

Library Notecards Once you determine the source of your article, fill out the appropriate library notecard. Most common: White = books (including book chapters from databases & eBooks) Yellow = reference sources (encyclopedias, dictionaries) Blue = periodicals (magazines, newspapers, journals)
