2. ENVIRONMENTAL FACTS
Contamination of rivers is a problem. Factories and cities produce chemicals which they put into rivers. People in towns put trash into the rivers as well. There is not a big water pollution problem in our mountains, where rivers start.
Recycling, public transport, bycycle riding are good ways to help the environment.
We recycle glass, plastic, paper, cardboard, clothes, oil, metal, batteries and food. We recycle newspapers so that we cut down less trees.
Cars are not necessary in cities because you can walk. They should be banned because they cause a lot of pollution. Air pollution is caused by CO2 from cars.

3. ENVIRONMENTAL FACTS
We have solar panels at our school to help produce renewable energy. They help save some money as well.
We use windmills, reservoirs, hydroelectric, solar panels and power of waves with turbines.
Desertification is a ploblem in Spain because of deforestation. Luckily, it rains enough in the Basque Country.
Smoking inside a building is bad, but it is common to smoke in bars and restaurants. However, the law will change soon
Although it is illegal to throw trash on the groud, we sometimes do it.
We don’t drink much bottled water because our water is fresh from the mountains.

4. CONCLUSION
We believe global warming is real. It is our fault. The environment has gone worse with pollution.
It is important to live worse in order to help the environment. We can better our lives while helping the environment, though.
The best way we can do for the environment is to consume less, but our world is bad because we’ll consume more.
Individuals are more responsible for the environment because the government only cares about money.
Global climate change is the most important issue facing the environment today, as the glaciers are melting. We are worried because we will lose San Sebastian and Bilbao (capital cities), all the people will migrate inland.
We are worried about the forests because we live around them and get much of our food from them.
There is a landfill in Araia, but no one controls it, so people throw what ever they want.
We should raise the standard of living of the poor, while protecting the environment in all other places.
In Bizkaia looging happens a lot. This is bad because animals lose their natural habitats. We are also logging trees in order to create space for windmills.
When we created the reservoir, it destroyed some villages.
Renewable energy is very expensive.
We can use public transport, bicycles, our own feet to get to places without using cars.
The best thing we can do is recycle and separate the rubbish the best we can.
