Empower. Elevate.

3 Why is this important? Diversity in the workplace helps everyone
A 2016 Peterson Institute for International Economics working paper found that having women in leadership positions aligned with a 15% increase in profitability, on average According to a 2014 Gallup Poll, men and women have different viewpoints, ideas and market insights, which strengthens problem-solving and improves business performance Technology professions face a growing workforce shortage Women represent 40% of the world’s workforce but only 25% of the tech industry Attracting more women to tech can provide the necessary skills and reduce the shortage ISACA has a global and cross-industry presence ISACA has the ability to play a significant role in inspiring and facilitating change
