6. Text can be inserted on a page by clicking on tool and drawing a box within the blue line margins of the page.
Graphics can be inserted by using the picture tool to add a picture or by copying and pasting picture on the page.

8. Main text editing tool bar at top of screen.

9. Page layout options toolbar this allows to change the paper size or orientation of the page from portrait to landscape. (note A3 will not print out).
Apply a template button allows to change layout based on an publisher template.

13. Publisher has options to allow double sided printing, which can be used for booklets or leaflets.
