Objectives Realized the Viability of Highly pioneering Social Business depend on Rice Husk Ash brick from Green Electricity in Bangladesh. * Social economical impact and Economical viability of rice husk based green electricity in Bangladesh aspect. Identify the Highly monitoring components and impediment which are directly proportional to the project failure.

Introduction The world population in 2015 is 7.3 billion at which Bangladesh contribute 600 million. 34.3% of total population (2015) stay at urban area at which rate of urbanization is 2.4% annual rate of changes ( est.). Resist the urbanization and develop the backward population is a great challenge for Bangladesh. Fig. 1 Poverty Headcount Ration at National Poverty Lines (% of Population) of Bangladesh

Social business “We can put poverty into the museums.” The concept of social business is a innovated creation by Nobel Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus. Under the social business regulation the investor can invest money, can gradually recoup invested money but recoup the money is not permitted. This is the way to gain profit and accomplish the verity of social objective such as provide safe drinking water, health care, nutrition, housing, financial service, renewable electricity etc. for the poor.
6
Rice husk Out of 722,718,631 tones of paddy produced in the world, Bangladesh contributed about 50,627,000 tones at 2011 giving approximately 10 million tons of rice husk.
7
Introduction of the proposed experimental project:
The name of the company is Green Eco Tech Limited which registration has been completed on 13 May 2015 and JVA signed on March 2015. This is a social business project including two linking project. Rice Husk based biomass power generation project. Rice husk ash Brick manufacturing project use of byproduct of electricity generation plant. Ownership – Grameen Telecom Trust - 90% and Mr. Sarkar Ardhendu - 10% Working Area – Boalmari, Faridpur and Lohagara, Norail. Total six number of plant will be established which plant capacity 50 KW each. Technical Partner: Husk Power systems of Bihar, India. Since 2008 more than 80 plants installed successfully by this company.

Rice Husk based Green Electricity
Without electricity almost 1.5 billion people survive around the world and majority of them live in rural areas.

Social economic impact
With 6 plants, the aim is to provide electricity to 10–15,000 energy-deprived households. This will cut the kerosene expense by 4 o 5 liters saving about 350 take per month for each family. Rice mill owners will start to use improved rice husk combustion to reduce the demand of rice husk for additional income. To create affordable, reliable and environmentally friendly bricks made from fly ash. The strength of the brick is almost two times and weight almost 30% less than the conventional brick. This means an estimated wood savings of 380 tons per year and coal savings of 700 tons per year. To reduce land excavation for conventional paving bricks and mud consumption by tons per year.

Highly Monitoring Component
higher fineness allowed it to highly react with Ca (OH)2 to produce more calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H) bond which show higher compressive strength. So blending procedure & quality of Rice Husk Ash is a great issue. Fig. a) Rice husk, b) Burnt RHA and c) RHA after grinding

Cont….. The silica content will be varied for different source of Fly Ash. When the raw materials of the power system are (e.g. rice husk, mustard husk /stem, corn cob, certain grass, wood, etc.) going to be different, silica content is different for every case. With variation of silica content, strength consistence of RHA Brick will be highly affected.

impediment / Further Investigation
The total amount of Rice Husk Ash which generated by the mentioned Rice Husk based Biomass Power System is not sufficient for the linking Rice husk ash Brick manufacturing project. Only 50% - 60% (approximate) requirement will be minimized. For minimize the remaining demand it is important to fix up a dependable source which will be cost effective for this project. Without cost effectiveness, it will be difficult to sustain. Collect field data and fly ash sample form Indian province wherever these kinds of project already establish. Deeply Study and laboratory work are very much essential before start the brick manufacturing. Without Research & Development (R&D) department, it will be impossible to ensure the commercial demand according to quality issue of the RHA Brick. Because strength & water absorption capacity will be highly effected by various factor.
