1. Preventing & Managing Violence and Aggression (PMVA)
PMVA Training can range from basic Conflict Management to enhanced skills including Physical Intervention, Control & Restraint and the use of Handcuffs and Restraints. Typical audiences include: Care Home Staff, Ambulance Crews, NHS Staff, Mental Health Workers and other similar roles.
Certification is dependent upon continuous assessment of the delegate. There is no final exam. Those delegates who complete the course are deemed to have reached the required standard.
