What is ILT? A “train the trainer” model. A group that collaborates to lead Elon Park toward continuous improvement What does ILT do? Attends bi-monthly meetings to receive PD Synthesizes information and provides selected PD to EP Staff. The #1 Goal of the ILT is Continuous Improvement.
