Al Baraka Bank is looking for fresh, motivated and enthusiastic young professional for the following position:-
Business Development Officer
Minimum Academic Qualification: Graduation, preferably MBA in Sales/Marketing
Reporting to: Branch Manager/Regional Sales Manager
Required Skills: Having good communication & Interpersonal skill
Required Personality Trait: Outgoing/extrovert
Location: Lahore, Karachi & Islamabad
Key Responsibilities:-
Development and execution of structured sales plans, based on sound knowledge of market variables and customer needs.
Consistent delivery of sales targets , with a view to remain at par with the monthly target.
Spearhead efforts for marketing new relationships.
Delivery of cross selling targets.
Pro-actively gear up sales efforts, in line with changes in business strategy.
