1. PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING WHEN SETTING UP AND TEARING DOWN CAMP:
Please stick to the spaces allocated on the map and do not encroach on others. We are anticipating one of our largest events ever. If attendees cause issues regarding space they may be asked to leave.
Please do not set-up camp within 3 feet of the gravel roads, this includes ropes and stakes.
Any trenches or fox holes dug must be filled in
Any armored equipment that must leave on Sunday will be loaded out first at 5 pm. If you are not a designated armor load-up for Sunday, please do not try to access the Army Heritage Trail with your car to load out before 5:15 pm, you will be instructed to return to the parking lot.
The Vietnam Gun Trucks will be in the Armored Vehicle Display Area this year.
