Be sure to explore all aspects of the webquest and the links provided. There is an abundant amount of information to be found and used. Any problems or questions, feel free to ask me, I will be happy to help in any way I can! Scope and Timeline: This project is for an 11th grade U.S. History class. It will run for three weeks. The journals will be handed in last before the groups present. The individual essay will be handed in first at the end of the first week. The students will then have the next two weeks to work on their journals and group presentations. There are 3 class days set aside for the Computer Lab. This time should be used wisely as this is the only time we will be in the Computer Lab. Special Education/ Modifications: The journal topics will be provided for each student and there will be fewer journals. The individual essay will be shorter in length. I will choose their documents for them and they will have to come up with an argument with my assistance. I will choose the groups, placing the special education students with other students in the class with whom they will work better.
