Bristol Civil Service Sports Club are pleased to offer its members a family break to Center-Parcs Longleat in May The offer is for either a mid week 4 night option (for those who haven’t got to worry about school holiday dates) or a weekend break 3 nights for those who have to fall in with the school holidays. The weekend of 22nd May is half term hence the price increase.
Staying in new style executive lodge the price options below are for either a family of up to four or up to six persons. The lodge has a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, modern open plan living and dining area, 2 or 3 bedrooms and modern bath/shower rooms. Central heating throughout. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Your stay includes an lodge within a ten minute walk of the main central facilities and also an early check in option so that you can arrive and book in before the normal 2.00.pm time. This means that you can get more from your break. It includes access to and use of the main dome facilities but does not include the additional cost options. However you are able to book and pay for any of these yourself before you go. Full details are available on the Center Parcs website.

That’s as little as just over £20 per person per night including some activities. We don’t think you will beat that! Bookings are subject to availability and are on a first come basis. If you would like to take advantage of this offer please complete the attached form and return it to The Bristol Civil Service Sports Club on Filton Avenue, Bristol as soon as possible together with a deposit of £200 (cheques should be made payable to BCSSC). If a booking is secured then your deposit will not be refundable and the balance will be required by 1st March If we are unable to secure the booking you require then your deposit will be returned to you in full. Your deposit or the final cost does not include insurance. If you have any questions please them to but please remember this trip and this website is operated by volunteers and you may not get an immediate answer. Please therefore be patient. Closing date for this offer is 31st January 2015 but the sooner you book the better your chance of securing a place.
