3 QBO Tips The company that manages QBO Certification is Certiport, In Chapter 11, the Certification Chart shows which chapters cover the topics on the Certification test. The chart is also included on the Online Learning Center at > Certification Chart. QuickBooks Lab plug-ins are included on the Settings menu (Gear > QuickBooks Labs). Plug-ins change over time. 4 Files Saved in Chapter 11 The chart shows the files saved in Chapter 11. Files can be saved to a USB flash drive, hard-drive location, network, or external media. To identify your file, you could add your name at the end of the suggested file name.
