Because of audit requirements* - Project Manager signs every timesheet Match timesheet to salary cost ‘Fit’ of timesheet with person months costed and charged to the project Ensure your timesheet system is in place from now Monitor your time against the ESEC workplan and timetable (see p.29 of Description of Work) Apply your timesheet system consistently *Each claim submitted must be externally audited.
