WP5 INERTIA Integration & Lab Testing
Task 5.1 INERTIA Grid-Building-DER Integration CERTH-ITI
2
T5.1 Overview Task 5.1 “INERTIA Grid-Building-DER Integration”
We are here Deliverable contributes to: D5.1.1 INERTIA Grid-Building-DER integrated prototype (Prototype, Restricted, M24 September 2014) D5.1.2 INERTIA Grid-Building-DER integrated prototype (Report, Restricted, M30 March 2015) Milestone MS8 INERTIA Lab setup established and initial integrated prototype available (M24 September 2014) Involved Partners: CERTH/ITI 9 TECNALIA 2 CNET ALMENDE 4 TUK HYPERTECH 3
3
T5.1 Objectives Address the integration of the different identified INERTIA system components (as documented in INERTIA System Architecture - D1.3), that constitute the core part of the Aggregator and Local (building) Control Hub Following the system’s decomposition in components, deliver a unified working system with components interacting and working together
4
Integration at high-level INERTIA System Architecture
Integration (in terms of communication) of : DSO Aggregator and Local Control Hub(s)
5
Integration at Local Hub Level
Integration of different components within the INERTIA framework Some components will reside within the Multi-Agent platform (ALMENDE) Low-level interfacing with DER Components & Sensor Cloud already handled from Middleware (CNet)
6
Integration at Aggregator Hub Level
Similar for Aggregator Control Hub
7
Integrated INERTIA system
In order to deliver the integrated INERTIA system: Verify interfacing and communication specification with some critical components (CIM/IAM, Linksmart, Event Manager etc.) Verify and update (if needed) interface specification already defined Test and Validate communication between components Predict and Resolve any conflicts (eg. synchronization, time out, loss of communication etc.)
8
Deployment Plan Further deal with the deployment rollout of the System Architecture, integrating: CERTH Local Hub Simulated Local Hubs Aggregator Control Hub TECNALIA Microgrid Lab (DSO)
9
T5.1 Next efforts CERTH will proceed with:
Initial identification of sub-tasks to be carried out Initial sub-task allocation to partners Planning for balancing of efforts between component development & integration process
