Since October 2009, Herbalife Independent Distributors around the world have been taking advantage of these enhancements to grow their business: Senior Consultant The computer system updates any Distributor to a 35% discount, who accumulates 500 Personally Purchased Volume (PPV) in one month New Qualified Producer level with 42% discount all year Accumulate 2,500 PPV in one to three consecutive Volume months 5K Method for Supervisor qualification Accumulate 5,000 PPV within three to 12 consecutive Volume months

3 Marketing Plan Enhancements Phase 2
New enhancements to the Marketing Plan will give independent Distributors even more ways to grow their business, beginning in September 2011: Downline Volume accumulation provides additional ways for Distributors to reach new levels of success All four enhancements will be implemented on all systems and updates on MyHerbalife.com, effective as of September 17, 2011 You can check your downline volume by going to My Volume in the My Accounts & Reports section on MyHerbalife.com

Distributors can use Downline Volume (DLV) toward qualification for Senior Consultant, with 35% discount: Use DLV to accumulate 500 Volume Points or more in one month for a 35% discount. Distributors can use Downline Volume (DLV) toward qualification for Senior Consultant, with 42% discount for one month: This rule has existed for 31 years and is now implemented on all computer systems. Use DLV to accumulate 2,000 Volume Points or more in one month for a 42% discount *Note: Success Builder achieves 42% discount with 1,000 PPV placed in one single order, not accumulated. 1,500 Accumulated PPV DLV = 2,000 PV 35% discount FQS DS A DS B DS C 300 PPV 35% discount 200 PPV 25% discount Get 42% discount for remainder of month.
