2. What is MYOB EmployerLink™?
Allows providers to send multiple employee contributions to multiple funds through one channel
Previously provided to M-Powered superannuation service by an external provider
EmployerLink provides an easy mechanism for providers to allow employers to send multiple employee contributions to multiple funds through this one channel. The superannuation contribution for multiple funds can be processed via the web interface, the contribution information for relevant funds is then passed electronically to EmployerLink by the provider.

3. How does EmployerLink work?
Contribution information and funds are passed to EmployerLink
Then passed on to Superannuation Funds and their Administrators
Once funds are provided to MYOB, EmployerLink will pass funds and contribution information to the relevant Superannuation Funds without delay. Contributions may be passed either electronically, or by cheque with paper contribution advice.

4. Supporting EmployerLink
EmployerLink is supported by three main areas of the business:
Contact Centre
Answering queries by phone and from funds
Finance
Cheque processing and sending, reconciliation of accounts
Adding and maintaining fund details IT
Manage infrastructure and systems

6. Systems to support EmployerLink
Three interfaces to view information in the system:
System Administration (SysAdmin) interface
Provides the interface into error reports, management of the funds and superannuation fund administrators lists, and providers using the system.
This application is used to administer the service and systems.
Provider interface
Provides contributing third parties access to their employers/employees member contributions.
This includes what employer and employees are registered in the system, what payments have been passed, contribution information etc.
MYOB M-Powered superannuation is a provider for MYOB EmployerLink.
Superannuation Fund Administration (SFA) interface
Provides the superannuation funds a view of contributions made to their fund by provider employers
