2. Screens -Screens without emulsion (above) -Screens coated with emulsion (below)

3. Emulsion -Coat the screen

4. Art and Film -Take logos and print them to transparency film

5. Burn image onto screens -turn on light -place film on table -place screen coated in emulsion onto artwork -close lid and expose emulsion

6. Taping the screen -Tape around the edges of the screen that is not covered by emulsion to prevent ink from passing through anywhere but through the design

7. Time to Print -Put ink on screen -Place shirt underneath screen -Pull ink across design pushing the ink through the screen onto shirt.

8. Dry the ink -Send the shirt through the dryer to heat to 400’ degrees to cure ink to shirt
