Background Information
GGC as a Banner hosted institution since its first days. No resources and support for banner on the campus (e.g., No DBA, expert of Banner functionality,…etc.) GGC’s IR, responsible for USG data submission, has worked directly with ITS. Also utilizes USG data warehouse data (ADC, FADC, FIDC, HRDM) regularly

Summary Timely reference of turnaround report enables
Preliminary reporting Checking data quality Identifying issues, validating and reconciling individual reports. Communication, more communication. The implications of this presentation may be made for non- USG institutions as well for data quality control and reporting practice. A turnaround report may be used as reference document by different reporters, for different reports, etc.
