Continue to develop on-going means of communicating with the patient population of the practice via surveys, noticeboards, corner in waiting room and PPG own newsletters
Explore virtual means of engaging with patients in order to secure involvement with a younger and more tech savvy patient population
Encourage greater on-line booking for doctors’ appointments via a suite of materials (publicity, short video how to use, leaflets for doctors to hand out etc.)
Continue to develop the partnership with the practice and provide assistance in communications to patients where needed
