5. Norad Procurement Guidelines
The Grant Recipient undertakes to effect all procurements unless otherwise agreed in writting
Procurement to follow generally accepted principles, practices and regulations of the partner’s jurisdiction
Highest ethical standard during procurement
Contracts > NOK 100,000 should be submitted to NORAD in 30 days before entering into force
A copy of invitations to international tenders for procurements > NOK 600,000 atleast 40 days before invitation is published
