City of Reno 2008 Recreational Facilities Status Report and Walker Macy Assessment Gap Analysis indicates need for at least one regional and three additional neighborhood pools Citizen input indicated pools as the primary parks and recreation need in the community

Northwest Pool is City of Reno’s most recently built pool – 1977 City of Reno and Washoe County population has doubled since that time Year round publically accessible pools in Reno Northwest Evelyn Mount Community Center
