Well. It was made in America. But the soviets stated that they were the first to use it.
They stole one of the American Helicopter and reversed everything in it.
That helicopter was never found again.

5. What are illegal about Reverse Engineering
Well Reverse engineering is not illegal.
If you find an idea that nobody claims and u reverse it u make it your own invention.
Also, people will never have the same idea so they can not steal somebody else's idea.

The Supreme court has said reverse engineering is the best invention ever made.
They said they put their process in your mind and you make the invention in any way you feel.
