4 Mass Displacement Displacement is when people of a country are forced to relocate from their homes to a new location because of economic instability or government instability When this problem arises most look for government to fix it but.... GNC (General National Congress) has neglected to organize elections for Constituent Assembly that was responsible for new Libyan constitution 77,000 Libyans crossed border into Egypt 1,000 people/hr crossed broder to go into Tunisia June 2015 half a million attempted to make a journey to Europe

5 Arbitrary Detention The unlawful arrest of a person who hasn’t/there is no evidence of a crime being committed In these prisons ill treatment took place in attempt to get forced confessions Violates Article 9 of Declaration of Human Rights No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.

6 Unfair trial On top of arbitrary detention no action is being taken to help these Libyan citizens Their right to due process of law is being denied Not being appointed lawyers In the rare case, there is no communication allowed between the two No information is given about the case to these lawyers Paul Champ, Canadian lawyer of Salim Alaradi No accountability being held in result from political divide
