2. Introduction Having listened to the video regarding the digital divide in America, accessibility to digital learning becomes a major concern. This is because of the trend in technology to suit the changing global economy. Also, technological tools can be used as resources to foster diverse instruction. We, as educators, have a vital role of identifying and implementing the correct technology tools so as to enhance cultural competence (Ayres, Mechling, & Sansoti, 2013).

3. My Career Goal My Goal is to open up a training school for childcare centers to mentor them on classroom management. I believe that a desirable classroom management is the key to an effective learning environment.

4. How will this Course Help Me? I believe that by the end of this course I will be able to; Effectively use technology when communicating with my classmates and the instructors. Effectively incorporate assistive technology in class to cater to learners’ differences. To create an appropriate blueprint on how I will use technology to achieve my long-run career goal. So as to make integration of technology successful to learning, instructors must be aware of the available technology and also understand how to effectively use them towards their students and also to education practitioners (Ayres, Mechling, & Sansoti, 2013).

5. Final Project I believe the final project at the end of the course, as an educator, will greatly assist in my career goal. Firstly, I will research and identify variety of technological tools that can be used to ensure proper classroom management. Also, the project will help me to identify appropriate digital platforms to reach my goal as an educator. This project excites me because I know that if I successfully get the right answers towards successful classroom management, then an effective classroom is enhanced. When an effective classroom is enhanced, this means that an instructor is able to achieve a desirable classroom atmosphere which caters to all learners.

6. Conclusion Due to the changing global economy, there should be reforms in ways of learning. Digital learning should therefore be embraced. Ensuring that use of technology is accessible as it emerges is highly recommended (Fitchen, Asuncion & Scapin, 2014).
