I can analyze the relationship between grit and the courage zone, and determine how one can support the other. 4 Reading/Listening and Cornell Notes
Create a Cornell Notes style organizer and grab a copy of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens Read pages and add them to your notes Leave room to add information from Duckworth’s TED Talk about “Grit” In your summary section answer the following: How are the ideas of the “courage zone” and “grit” connected?

5 GOAL BUDDIES Think about the roles you have. We tend to get comfortable in these roles and stop pushing ourselves Consider how you can move from the comfort zone to the courage zone with these roles and create a goal for these roles Identify people and possible supports they might provide

6 Closure What’s an area of your life in which you feel comfortable stepping out of your comfort zone? What’s an area of your life in which you feel least comfortable in stepping from the comfort zone to the courage zone? Complete in Google Classroom.
